Solana TVC Live Tracker: a new Stakely development to improve validator monitoring on Solana

February 6, 2026

A strong network is built on reliable infrastructure, accessible data, and open tools. As validator operators, at Stakely we know firsthand how complex it is to maintain stable and efficient nodes, especially during migrations, upgrades, or periods of network stress.

That experience gave rise to Solana TVC Live Tracker, a tool we released as a public good for the Solana community.

The problem: critical information, but hard to access

On Solana, validators earn rewards based on how, when, and how much they vote. When a validator fails—due to downtime, misconfiguration, or a poorly executed migration—it begins to lose credits, which directly impacts both their rewards and those of their delegators.

While this information is public and available through the Solana CLI, in practice:

  • It’s not visible in real time
  • It requires the use of the CLI or technical scripts
  • It’s not accessible to delegators or non-technical users

This creates a clear information asymmetry within the ecosystem.

The solution: Solana TVC Live Tracker

Solana TVC Live Tracker is a real-time dashboard of Solana validator performance, focused on showing whether a validator is voting correctly and whether it's gaining or losing credits at any given moment.

In other words, it lets you see live whether a validator is performing well or experiencing issues that may affect its rewards.

The goal is to turn technical, scattered data into visible, immediate, and public insights, accessible through a web interface.

What features does the tool offer?

Solana TVC Live Tracker provides a real-time view of the status and performance of Solana validators, including:

Per-validator metrics

  • Last voted slot
  • Accumulated credits and credit loss detection
  • Per-validator monitoring with aggregated stats for the observed period
  • Quick validator comparison to spot issues or performance gaps
  • Validator software version
  • Validator's total stake and commission
  • Validator status (delinquent or not)

Global network statistics

The tool also includes metrics aimed at validators and operators:

  • Current epoch data (progress and operational context)
  • Overall cluster status
  • Distribution of software versions across validators

All of this is available in real time, directly at Solana TVC Live Tracker, with no need for CLI or technical tools.

A public good for the Solana ecosystem

Solana TVC Live Tracker is a public contribution based on on-chain data, born from real-world experience operating validators in production.

We believe greater visibility into validator performance benefits everyone: better-informed delegators, more aware validators, and ultimately, a stronger Solana network.

What’s next

This is just the beginning. We’ll keep iterating and improving the tool based on community feedback, adding new metrics and refining the user experience.

Check out Solana TVC Live Tracker for real-time metrics.

If you have suggestions or ideas for improvement, we’d love to hear them.
