Chains implementing Celestia’s data availability (DA) can save up to 98% in settlement costs. While accepting ETH without Celestia can incur costs up to $30,544, using Celestia’s DA reduces these expenses to just $599.

Uniswap tests Unichain to boost scalability
Uniswap, the leading DEX platform on Ethereum, has announced the launch of the Unichain testnet, its native L2 solution for DeFi. This innovative proposal aims to enhance Ethereum’s scalability by offering fast blocks with a response time of only 250ms.
Additionally, Unichain enables interoperability and decentralized validation, further strengthening its integration with Optimism’s Superchain to optimize the DeFi ecosystem.
Circle advances institutional adoption
Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, has launched Compliance Engine, a crucial tool for companies looking to enter the cryptocurrency space. This solution is designed to ensure regulatory compliance of programmable wallets, an essential aspect for providing security to institutional capital. Implementing this tool not only facilitates companies’ entry into the sector but also reinforces trust in the use of cryptocurrencies within the business realm.
EIGEN unlocked for more trading and staking opportunities
The Eigen Foundation has announced the unlocking of the EIGEN token, allowing holders to participate in trading, staking, and transfers. This unlock opens new opportunities for developers, who can now create Actively Validated Services (AVS) using EIGEN staking. Additionally, stakers play a crucial role in protecting these services, strengthening the network and its community.

Launch of INJ 3.0 phase 1 for supply reduction and sustained growth
Injective has launched Phase 1 of INJ 3.0, a key initiative to drastically reduce the supply of INJ tokens through governance-approved proposals. This progress comes as INJ has surpassed $1 billion in value, with 61 million INJ staked, over 88 million blocks produced, and nearly 7 million INJ burned in weekly auctions.
INJ now available on Upbit Korea
South Korea’s leading exchange, Upbit, has integrated INJ, allowing millions of South Korean users to trade INJ directly with their local currency, KRW. This integration strengthens access and increases INJ liquidity in the Asian market, facilitating the token’s adoption among a growing user base.
Helix launches G-Wagon trading competition with big rewards
Helix has announced the G-Wagon Trading Competition, offering users the chance to win a G-Wagon by trading tokens. Additionally, participants can join the meme competition, with prizes of up to $1K. An exciting initiative that promises to boost interest in the platform.
NTT digital and mountain protocol drive Injective’s adoption in DeFi
Injective’s institutional adoption receives a boost with the entry of NTT Digital, Japan’s largest telecommunications operator, which will support the growth of Web3 and DeFi on the network. Additionally, Mountain Protocol joins the Superstate Industry Council (SIC), driving tokenization and innovation in traditional financial markets.
Cosmos
Gaia v20 and v21 upgrade: more freedom and rewards
With the launch of Gaia v20 on the mainnet, permissionless features have been incorporated, allowing the launch of consumer chains without prior permissions or governance. This facilitates chain creation and enables inactive validators to join the validation set. Meanwhile, the testnet with Gaia v21 tested new features, such as ICS rewards in any denomination and IBC channels, allowing up to three different coins for rewards.
Thorchain integrates with IBC
Thorchain, one of the first adopters of the Cosmos SDK, will now integrate with IBC. This inclusion opens the doors for all chains connected within Cosmos to access Thorchain’s liquidity and leverage its decentralized liquidity protocol (L1), thereby strengthening interoperability within the Cosmos ecosystem.
Mantra Network deploys its mainnet on Cosmos: OM comes to staking
During Cosmosverse, Mantra Network launched its mainnet and the Token Generation Event (TGE) of OM, its central token. Now, OM tokens can be transferred from Ethereum to the mainnet on Cosmos, and users can already access staking rewards. Mantra aims to promote real-world assets (RWA) on Cosmos and consolidate its decentralized finance ecosystem.
Sonic
Sonic to launch mainnet in December
Sonic will launch its mainnet to the public in December, as confirmed by co-founder Andre Cronje. The network will offer up to 90% gas refunds for user and contract transactions, in addition to grants from the Sonic BOOM program and the innovation fund. Moreover, there will be an exclusive airdrop for testnet users and FTM holders.
Interchain rewards on Sonic for ETH holders
StakeStone introduces interchain rewards on Sonic for ETH holders in LS format with the STONE token. These rewards come from protocols like Lido, Curve, and Maverick, expanding staking opportunities for ETH users on Sonic.
Equalizer V5 for enhanced governance
Equalizer has launched Equalizer V5 along with SuperVoter, advanced features that optimize voting power in NFTs. These features allow for the multiple selection of NFTs for bulk voting, maximum NFT locking per transaction, and the repetition of previous votes, facilitating user management and participation in the ecosystem.
Polkadot
Reduction of DOT inflation
The Polkadot community has backed Referendum 1139 to reduce DOT inflation from 10% to 8%. Although the current vote is non-binding, a forthcoming on-chain referendum is planned to definitively approve the change. This initiative underscores Polkadot’s commitment to sustainable inflation policies aligned with community expectations.
Subwallet launches unified account: one account for multiple ecosystems
Subwallet has introduced its Unified Account feature, allowing users to manage assets and NFTs across more than 200 ecosystems, including Ethereum, Polkadot, and TON Chain, from a single account. This innovation simplifies tracking tokens and NFTs across multiple networks, offering greater efficiency and ease in managing digital assets.
Quasar
Verify your QSR allocation on Quasar
QSR holders can check their migration balance on Quasar to confirm the correct allocation of their tokens. It is recommended to use Quasar’s official channels on Telegram and Discord or access the support section on the migration page in case of any questions or issues. This verification is essential to ensure the security of funds during the migration process.
Increased points for urLRT/wstETH on Uniswap v3
The Mellow protocol has increased points for the urLRT/wstETH pair on Uniswap v3, applying a 3x multiplier when opening the Unified Restaked LST in the vaults section. This allows users to maximize their rewards on the protocol.
MetaMask and Rabby now compatible with Quasar
Quasar now allows users to link their MetaMask and Rabby wallets to monitor their vault on Mellow and verify the increase in Unified Points in real-time. This functionality provides greater accessibility and control over accumulated points in the dashboard.
Evmos
Evmos pauses migration to ICS
Evmos’ migration to ICS is on hold until further notice, delaying its transition to a consumer chain. We will stay tuned to share updates.
Upcoming Evmos v20.0.0 upgrade
On October 31st, Evmos will implement the v20.0.0 update on the mainnet following governance proposal #316. This update includes the latest versions of Cosmos-SDK and IBC-Go, along with adjustments to accelerated proposal parameters.
Archway
Archway’s V9.0.0 upgrade brings significant improvements
Archway has activated the v9.0.0 update on its protocol, implementing key improvements on its mainnet. The updates include CosmosSDK v0.50.7, CosmWasm wasmd v0.51.0, CosmWasm wasmvm v1.5.4, Cosmos ibc-go v8.4.0, and CometBFT v0.38.10. These changes will optimize the ecosystem’s performance and interoperability.
Sui
Native USDC on Sui enhances web3 interactions
Sui users can now utilize native USDC, enabling smoother interactions in Web3 and DeFi applications. Sui becomes the first Move-based layer 1 to partner with Circle, thereby enhancing its financial ecosystem.
Suite enhances its wallet
Suite Wallet has improved its platform through a partnership with OneKeyHQ and KeystoneWallet. This collaboration allows for quick and easy configurations when using hardware wallets, reducing errors and complications in transactions.
Walrus launches its testnet
Walrus has launched its testnet to test advanced programmable storage features. With a platform open to the public, the testnet includes on-chain and Galxe tasks, aiming to strengthen the development environment within the Sui ecosystem.

Aptos joins Franklin Templeton’s tokenized fund FOBXX
To commemorate its second anniversary, Aptos joined Franklin Templeton’s tokenized fund FOBXX. This move marks a significant step towards bridging traditional finance and decentralized finance. Interested parties can participate by acquiring BENJI tokens, equivalent to one share in the fund.
Osmosis
Osmosis data now on Google Cloud
Developers can now access Osmosis flow data through Google Cloud. This service, utilizing Synternet technology, allows for the visualization of block data, transactions, and memory groups, facilitating the creation of innovative solutions.
Polaris integrates Rango and Jupiter for liquidity
Polaris, Osmosis’s exchange platform, is working on integrating various liquidity sources using tools like Rango and Jupiter. This approach will facilitate cross-chain transactions, enhancing the user experience.
New privacy feature on Polaris
A standout feature for Polaris users is its native privacy mode, which will allow users to hide their identities during swaps. This feature will be implemented through Namada and Penumbra services, enhancing security and confidentiality.
