  1. Next, you will see a new window, where you will see the public address of your new account and the seed (copy it and save it in a safe place in the same order it is displayed, you will need it to recover or import your account, as well as to retrieve your funds). After saving the seed, check the confirmation box and click on Next.

Once the account is created, the system will automatically generate a .json file that will be downloaded to your device. You will be able to recover, restore or import the account to other devices with this file, so keep it safe.

How to keep your wallet safe?

  • Keep both the seed and the .json file in a safe place. With the seed you will be able to generate the .json file, but with the .json file you will not be able to generate the seed.

  • Keep your password safe, it will be used to sign all the operations you do on the network.

  • Never share your password, your seed, or your .json file.

  • No CEO, Dev, admin, or ambassador of any project will ever write to you first, ask for your private keys or ask you for funds.
