Osmosis (OSMO) Staking

Install the Keplr extension for Chrome and create a new account, import an account from seed, or connect the extension with your Ledger device.

To fund your Keplr wallet with OSMO, open your Keplr wallet extension in your browser. If you want to deposit tokens from another wallet or exchange, click on the Deposit button and copy your Osmosis address. Next, initiate a withdrawal or send transaction and paste the Osmosis wallet address as the recipient.

Head over to the Keplr Dashboard and connect your Keplr Wallet extension.

You will see a list of Osmosis validators. Search for Stakely.io and click on Manage. You will see all the staking-related actions. Click on Delegate.

Enter the amount of OSMO you wish to stake. Leave 1 token unstaked to pay for future transactions. Then click Delegate and confirm the transaction with the Keplr wallet extension.

After some seconds, your delegation transaction will be processed and you will be staking OSMO and earning rewards, congratulations!

You can track your Osmosis delegation and rewards at the top of the Keplr Dashboard page.

Download Trust Wallet in the Apple App Store for iOS or in Google Play for Android.

In this tutorial, we will use the Android mobile version. Click on I already have a wallet if you already have one or Create a new wallet to create one from scratch.

Follow the instructions and choose a strong password, store your seed phrase in a safe place and confirm it by putting the words in order.

First, if you don't see OSMO in your token list, click on Add Tokens and enable the Osmosis option. You now have the option to buy OSMO or deposit OSMO into your wallet.

To deposit OSMO, click on Osmosis and then on Receive. To copy your address, click on Copy.

To stake OSMO, click on Osmosis and then Stake. Click again on Stake and enter how much OSMO you want to delegate. Then select Stakely from the list of validators and click Continue to finish.

To manage your delegation, enter Osmosis from the home page and click on Stake. From here you can delegate, undelegate, redelegate and claim your OSMO staking rewards.

To fund your Keplr wallet with OSMO, open your Keplr wallet extension in your browser. Click on the Buy or Deposit button, depending on whether you want to do.

If you want to buy OSMO, you can use the payment gateways provided by Kado, Transak, or Moonpay.

If you want to deposit OSMO from another wallet or exchange, copy the Osmosis wallet address from your Keplr wallet. Next, initiate a withdrawal or send transaction and paste the Osmosis wallet address as the recipient.

Go to Stride Zone and connect your Keplr Wallet extension. Then, select the OSMO option from the networks dropdown next to the APY percentage. Now, enter the amount of OSMO you want to stake in the Amount to stake box and click Liquid stake.

Once the process summary window appears, click on Start staking. Approve the transaction in your Keplr wallet by clicking Approve and wait for the transaction to be confirmed.

Once confirmed, the Success! window will appear. Finally, you can check your stOSMO tokens in the dropdown menu of your wallet. Congratulations! From here, you can use your stOSMO tokens in DeFi products while continuing to generate staking rewards.
