Install and create your Keplr Wallet
First, install the Keplr extension. You can create a new account, import an account using a seed phrase, or connect the extension with your Ledger device (make sure the Cosmos Ledger App is installed and opened).

Stake ATOM on Stride
With your Keplr wallet funded, go to Stride Zone and connect your Keplr Wallet extension. In Stride, delegate your ATOM tokens by entering the amount you wish to stake in the Amount to stake box and clicking Liquid stake.

Confirm your transaction and receive stATOM
Once the process summary window appears, click on Start staking. Approve the transaction with Keplr by clicking Approve and wait for the transaction to be confirmed. After confirmation, a Success window will appear. Now you can now use your stATOM in DeFi while earning staking rewards!
