Install the Metamask extension for Chrome. You can create a new account, import an account from seed or connect the extension to your Ledger device (with the Metamask Ledger app installed and open).
CQT staking is enabled in Moonbeam, so you will have to send your CQT tokens to the Moonbeam network. For this, you will use the Portal Bridge.
Connect your Metamask wallet and accept the permissions. Select CQT as the token to transfer, enter the amount and choose from which network to which network you want to transfer (to Moonbeam).
Next, select the CQT token. Enter the amount you want to transfer and select Next. Approve the transaction and click Transfer.
After waiting for confirmation on the blockchain, you can redeem your WholeCQT by selecting 'Redeem'. In the pop-up window, click Confirm/Approve to redeem the tokens.
Now you have your CQT on the Moonbeam network! Next, make sure you have the Moonbeam network added to your Metamask wallet. For this, go to Chainlist and connect your wallet. Search for the Moonbeam network among the available networks and click on Add to Metamask. This will ensure that you add the correct network.
Finally, go to the Covalent Staking Dashboard. Now, connect your wallet. Make sure you have selected the Moonbeam network in the Metamask extension.
Search for Stakely and click on Stake. Next, enter the amount of CQT you wish to delegate, click on Approve and finally confirm the transaction by clicking Stake. Congratulations, you are staking CQT!
