The Stakely.io referral program uses the public data found in each of the blockchains subscribed to the program. This data is updated periodically, not necessarily reflecting the changes immediately. This program is intended to benefit those users who advertise and delegate through Stakely.io nodes on those blockchains subject to the referral program.

Stakely.io reserves the right to cancel or alter the parameters at any time and without prior notice of the Stakely.io referral program in all or some of the blockchains that are part of them. In no event shall the user have any claim against stakely.io for such changes, or terminations.

Stakely.io is free to decide at what time and through what medium it makes the payment of rewards to users, and users may not claim to Stakely.io the realization of such rewards on date and/or medium.

Users are obliged to follow a code of good conduct in the referral program, always acting in good faith and avoiding actions that may damage the image of stakely.io or its referral program such as spam, negative public comments towards Stakely.io, actions to manipulate the rewards, and others that without being contained in this section may be considered as malicious or illegal.

Stakely.io reserves the right to suspend users from the referral program without any explanation to them in case it considers that they act outside the philosophy of the referral program.

The referral program will be immediately suspended on a blockchain in case the maintenance of the Stakely.io node is in deficit.

Stakely.io reserves the right to change, modify or add new conditions applicable to the use of the referral program at any time.
